Yes, but what about the blog’s name, you might be asking.
While we were sifting through the options, one of our writers was working on short bios for each of the resident chefs in our cooking class program. We were struck by just how many of them answered the question, “is there something in your kitchen you can’t live without?” with “a sharp knife and some good salt.” Voila!
On this blog and throughout our company, we hope to be nearly as indispensable to you when it comes to cooking and eating as a sharp knife and salt are.
