Today, we’re sharing Jacques Pepin’s recipe for a simple apple galette from his newest book, Jacques Pépin Heart & Soul in the Kitchen. It’s available Tuesday, but in the meantime, here’s a taste. Of this recipe, Chef Pépin writes:
I like apple tarts, apple galettes, or apple pies in any form. I recently found a new way of making the crust for apple galette using pizza dough that I buy at my market.
