To say I love pizza is an understatement. I’m obsessed with pizza. I owe a lot of this obsession to my parents who were ahead of the curve with cooking pizza on the grill when I was a little kid.
When I came across The Pizza Bible, I immediately fell in love with it. Tony Gemignani is an 11-time World Pizza Champion and owner of Tony’s Pizza Napoletana in San Francisco. He is basically a god in my eyes.
When the book arrived in our office, I took it home and had an evening of pizza reading. Wow. Sad to say, I drooled over the entire book and flagged pretty much all of the recipes. The Pizza Bible is both incredibly comprehensive, featuring everything from Sicilian to Chicago style, and incredibly accessible.
If you’re a pizza lover, then I guarantee you’ll fall in love with this book. Also, I challenge you not to drool when reading it.
