Barrel-Aged Tequila Negroni

Ingredients
- 10oz tequila
- 10oz Campari
- 10oz sweet vermouth
- 2 barrel-aging staves
Directions
1. | Combine tequila, Campari and sweet vermouth in a 32-oz. Mason jar. Add two barrel-aging staves, cap and let age for 10 days. |
2. | After 10 days, strain the Negroni through cheesecloth and store in a cool, dark place. |
3. | To serve, stir 4 ounces of the barrel-aged Negroni with ice for 10 seconds, strain into a rocks glass with a large cube of ice and garnish with a strip of orange zest. |
