Diane’s Duck Egg Pancakes February 22, 2016 by Diane’s Duck Egg Pancakes Print recipe Print with main photo Print text only Serves 6 By author Diane Henley Ingredients 1 1/2 cup flour 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1 tablespoon sugar 1 1/4 cup milk 1 duck egg 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste 1/4 cup melted butter Directions 1. Combine all the dry ingredients in a medium bowl. 2. In a separate bowl, lightly whisk together milk, egg and vanilla bean paste. 3. Pour the wet ingredients into the combined dry ingredients and gently mix. 4. Pour in cooled, melted butter and mix until incorporated, being careful to not over-mix (small lumps are okay). 5.
