To celebrate Thanksgiving, we turned to master mixologist, Matt Leatherman, and asked him to craft an exclusive cocktail for us. We think the Tipsy Turkey will be a fabulous addition to your holiday tradition for many years to come… cheers!
Tipsy Turkey:
- 2oz anejo rum
- 3/4oz lemon juice
- 1 bar spoon fig preserves
- 3/4oz ginger/cinnamon tincture
- 1 brandied cherry
- 1 lemon peel
Shake all the ingredients with ice and pour through a sieve into a coupe cocktail glass. Garnish with one brandied cherry wrapped in a lemon peel, held together with a toothpick
